How do meetings with your team take place?
All our meetings are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. If you would like an in-person meeting, travel fees will apply.
What are your business hours?
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In case of emergency, we are available on weekends at an increased hourly rate.
What are your usual turnaround times for a web project?
A website project is generally completed within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and how quickly we receive the required materials.
Is it possible to request a rush service?
Yes, we offer a priority service for urgent needs. An emergency rate will apply to expedite the delivery of your project.
How do I submit my task requests?
To optimize communication, we recommend sending your requests by email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or via Slack if needed. More complex requests should ideally be detailed by email.
What are your payment terms?
We accept Interac e-transfers, bank transfers, and credit cards on an exceptional basis. Cheques and cryptocurrencies are not accepted.
What access do you need to work on my website?
We require administrator access to your WordPress site as well as access to your hosting server in order to efficiently carry out the requested tasks.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
We generally respond to your emails, calls, or messages within 24 to 48 business hours.
